Interstate MAX Yellow Line…easy access to Swan Island
Ride the Yellow Line…operating every 10 to 15 minutes between Expo Center and City Center…to one of four stations for easy access to Swan Island:
Rose Quarter Transit Center: served by three MAX lines (Blue, Red & Yellow) and a dozen bus lines. The 85 Swan Island Express runs every twenty minutes, weekdays, between 5:42am and 6:20pm! Stop is located on the west side of N. Wheeler under the big glass shelter. Evenings? Ride the Swan Island Evening Shuttle, operated by RAZ. First departure from Rose Quarter TC at 7:06pm; last departure from Swan Island continue to Downtown for late night connections to MAX and numerous bus lines.
Albina/Mississippi Station: served by the MAX Yellow Line, 1 Greeley and 33 Fremont. Transfer to 85 Swan Island Express every 20 minutes, weekdays. Swan Island Evening Shuttle stops here as well.
Prescott St Station: served by the MAX Yellow Line. Take “Going to the River,” the new improved Going Street sidewalk to Swan Island, just minutes down the hill by bike or on foot.
Killingsworth St Station: served by MAX Yellow Line and 72 Killingsworth/82nd Avenue. All day, every day, 72 Killingsworth/82nd Avenue runs every 15 minutes or better. Just minutes to adidasVillage or to Anchor Street on Swan Island, with 15 daily trips to the Dry Docks (Shipyards).
